LET’S GET GROUNDED:
Supportive Conversations
You may not know where to begin and that’s ok. You know there needs to be a change in your business or organization, but you’re just not sure the where/what/how quite yet. We’ll talk through it and map out ideas plus strategy, together.
Structure: we meet for 60 minutes on a preferred cadence (typically begin bi-weekly or monthly). We will confidentially discuss what’s going well, challenges that are arising, and priorities on the horizon. I will provide insight and ideas, plus accountability as needed.
LET’S ROLL:
Individual Project
You want to ease in, so this is a great option. We will start with one project at a time. You choose how slow or fast you want to go and I will help you every step of the way.
Structure: each project will be outlined ahead of time and quoted so you have a full understanding of the project scope and cost before it begins. Once the current project is completed, we can begin the next project.
LET’S CREATE IMPACT:
Project Stack
You have 2-4 projects in mind and want to get started. I will plan and execute the projects, plus problem solve any challenges. I’ll keep you informed and involved at each milestone.
Structure: you choose the first few projects you’d like me to tackle and we’ll get started. Typically we’ll meet bi-weekly or monthly to chat through progress.

Ongoing Strategic Support
You have several projects on your wish list and would like to receive my highest level of strategic business support. I will integrate the best strategy, structure, and systems as your business evolves. Plus, I’ll meet with you regularly to be your advocate and confidant. I will plan and execute the projects, plus problem solve any challenges while keeping you informed and involved at each milestone.
Structure: we will strategize on the right projects to tackle within the first three months and then we’ll get started. Typically we’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly to chat through progress.
